The lab is equipped to perform advanced instrumental tests such as gas chromatography and infrared spectroscopy.Thanks to the new application lab (2), our company is now able to define complete garment collections for its customers. Through its ability to create new textile treatments, Montega positions itself as a bridge that harmoniously connects the chemical industry with the textile and fashion sectors.
Customers are free to actively participate in the creation of their prototypes, optimizing the integration of the various steps in the workflow.Montega has installed, in its M-Lab unit, a biological water-treatment system (3) for washing garments carried out at Garment University. The biological purifier returns clean water without using the chemicals required in traditional purifiers: zero polyelectrolytes, zero activated carbon, zero alkaline hydroxides. The water returned from the system is reused for rewashing.
The new company showroom, created within the M-LAB Garment University, was designed to allow customers to view and choose prototypes developed with certified technicians and products. It was designed to welcome customers by offering them a broad vision of all Montega treatments and is continuously updated with the latest research. During company workshops, presentations with illustrative slides are prepared by the R&D Manager at Montega, focusing on sustainable applications.
